We can offer prompt advice on:
- Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs): covering all decisions relating to finance, property, health and social care.
- Enduring Powers of Attorney (EPAs): after 1 October 2007 no new EPAs can be made, but current EPAs are valid and we can advise on these including roles and responsibilities and the registration process if the donor is losing or has lost mental capacity.
- Court of Protection applications if a person does not have the capacity to sign an LPA and has not made an EPA.
