The Department is headed by Keir Hirst who is a Director at the firm and has over 20 years of experience in the Employment Tribunals. He regularly appears in the Employment Tribunals all over England and Wales.
He has represented clients successfully at the Employment Appeal Tribunal [see Robinson v Combat Stress UKEAT 2014]and has also had successful cases in the Court of Appeal.
